Counselling for individuals

Individual counselling provides an opportunity to discuss issues in a non-judgmental environment. It is often called 'talking therapy' as a person meets with the psychologist on a regular basis to talk about issues that may be causing difficulties in their life.

Counselling for groups

Group counselling provides people with an opportunity to connect with other people who may have the same issue. It can help people feel less isolated and more accepted.


Programs help people learn specific skills in an area they may be having difficulties in, or want to imporve, such as better ways of communicating. Other programs teach skills that prevent problems from arising or getting worse, for instance learning parenting skills.

Workshops for teachers, parents and students in schools on a range of topics.
